Deposits on tibajee can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, internet banking, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. tibajee does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
Funds deposited into your tibajee account may only be used for betting and gaming. In the event of an account closure, any refund of your remaining balance will be subject to the outcome of tibajee's internal investigation.
The minimum withdrawal on tibajee is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit, as tibajee maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy.

Odds move very quickly during live betting on tibajee. No bets are accepted while odds are in an "odds lock" state — this is a normal part of the system, not an error.

To withdraw winnings from bonus funds, you must wager the original bonus amount a set number of times. For example: with a ৳1,000 bonus at 10× wagering, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Tibajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
If an account is closed, the member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to appeal. To appeal, write to support@tibajee.click and explain the matter in detail. tibajee will respond with a decision within 7 business days.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support. Withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed. Self-exclusion requests will be handled by tibajee with the utmost respect and care.
Tibajee takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Any information provided during registration is used solely for account management, payment processing, and compliance with legal requirements.
